Engineering company DCT-70 specializes in consulting the design of die casting dies for aluminium, magnesium and zinc alloys. The company is based on a rich 10-year experience in high pressure die casting and in the right direction of education. We offer our services worldwide, we support companies in English, Spanish and Polish.
The owner of the company is Andrzej Oniszczuk,
who has wide experience in working in die casting foundries
with alloys Al, Mg and Zn at the positions of a technologist,
project manager and foundry manager.

2009 Karpacz – 2nd International Conference: “Innovations in die casting” – the president of the design company Kom-Odlew, Dr. Ryszard Skoczylas, presented the capabilities of the MAGMASOFT software using the example of optimization of the die design for the car dashboard made by Magnesium alloy, based on die filling simulation results.
→ Andrzej Oniszczuk was in charge of the die design project from the site of the foundry and supervised the die casting process at NTP company in Kędzierzyn-Koźle.
2006 Kielce “Best Die Casting Competition 2005” – The Gear housing die casted by P.Z. ALPHA won Magnesium Die Casting Competition organized by the Polish Foundry Association STOP
